Biography (Ahmed Saifullah Sami )
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree obtained in 2010, and a Ph.D. in Computing earned in 2020 from the University Technology Malaysia (UTM). I began my academic career as a lecturer at the Duhok Administrative Institute in 2010 and was appointed Head of the Business Administration Department in 2011, overseeing 550 students.
In 2015, I became the Head of the Business Administration Department at Duhok Private Technical Institute, managing over 700 students. In 2017, I took on the role of Head of the IT Department there, working with more than 400 students. In 2020, I rejoined to the Polytechnic University of Duhok as the Head of the Information Technology Management Department, launching the Bachelor's program and the first intake of master's students.
In 2022, I joined Qainan International University as the Dean of the Engineering and Computer Science Faculty. My career has centered on advancing computer science education and supporting student development.
I have conducted many researchs in my field of specialty and have led various administrative and academic committees focused on curriculum development and event organization. I have participated in numerous exhibitions and competitions, contributing to the enrichment of both academic and administrative levels.
